Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled by calling our office during regular business hours.  For appointments, please call 715-246-6911 or 800-942-0795.  Office Hours are Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

We will always accept emergency visits; however, we do request you make appointments for routine visits.  It will save you time and help us to better schedule the physician's time.  We have special staffing for injections and blood pressure checks, so please call for complete details.

We ask new patients to arrive15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment in order to complete their registration.  We also ask that new patients bring in their insurance card so that we will be able to set up their account correctly and effectively file their insurance.

Patients with changes of address, phone, employment, inusrance, etc., are also asked to arrive early in order for us to update their records.

In case of an emergency after hours please contact Holy Family Hospital at 715-246-2101 to reach the On Call Physician or 911 if life threatening circumstances.
